Although we offer fully Outsourced IT support for many of our clients, we made a
strategic decision to also offer IT staff augmentation services that do not compete
with your internal IT staff. Our goal is to integrate with the in-house IT Department
to increase the overall capabilities of the staff. Our services include

- 24x7 Monitoring - We provide access to our software agents
which can automate remote access, monitoring, software patching, asset management,
scripting, and much more.
- Tier-2 support - If you have a less experienced staff you
can use ACS to assist with the most complicated issues
- Projects - We can assist with projects that you do not have
the time or expertise to manage
- Staff Augmentation - We can provide coverage during off-hours,
or when your IT staff is on vacation or out for an extended period of time
- Branch Office Assistance - If you have a branch office near
one of our offices, we can provide on-site support under the guidance of your central
IT Department
